We stand behind everything we sell at Rimiere. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll work with you to make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our return and refund process.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Send us an email at info@rimiere.com with your order number and we'll get it cancelled right away.
Past that window, we can't promise we'll be able to stop the order since it may already be in production. Shipped orders can't be cancelled, but you can return the item once it's delivered. Details are in the Returns section below.
Returns
We take back both defective and non-defective items. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to come back to us in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. No restocking fees, ever.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled differently based on the situation.
Rimiere covers shipping if:
- The wrong item was sent to you
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item arrived defective
You cover shipping if:
- You ordered the incorrect item
- The sizing isn't right
- You'd simply like to return it
Either way, your original shipping fee won't be refunded.
How to Return an Item
- Get in touch by emailing info@rimiere.com with your order number and a quick explanation of why you're returning.
- Repack carefully using the original box and materials, and make sure all accessories, tags, and paperwork are included.
- Send it our way following the carrier and shipping instructions in your return authorization email.
Refunds
We inspect every return we receive. Once yours is approved, the refund goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Give it up to 7 business days to show up on your statement, as processing times vary by bank and payment provider.
Exchanges
Prefer something in a different size, color, or style? We'll swap it out for you. The item just needs to be unopened in original packaging or unused. Drop us a line at info@rimiere.com and we'll handle the rest.
Non-Returnable Items
A small number of products can't be returned due to hygiene or safety considerations. These are flagged clearly on their product pages so you know before you buy.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is overdue, reach out to us at info@rimiere.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Should the package be confirmed as lost, you'll receive either a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer — on us.
Policy Updates
This policy may be revised as needed. Updated versions will always be available on this page, marked with a new date. Shopping with us after any changes go live means you're on board with the updated terms.
