Two wide straps cross over the top of your foot, and the inner strap curves into a loop that sits around your big toe, which gives the front of the sandal a wrapped shape. The back is open, so there is no heel strap or buckle to fasten before you head out the door.
The straps are a breathable knit mesh with neatly bound edges, so air moves over the top of your foot on hot afternoons. Underneath, a cushioned footbed sits on a thick flat sole, which gives you a steady, cushioned base when you are on your feet through the day. Every color sits on the same black sole. The sandals come in whole and half US sizes, so you can order the US size you already wear in other sandals. Pair them with cropped trousers, denim shorts or a cotton summer dress.
